All orders will be despatched within 14 Days of payment (Excluding Weekends, Bank Holidays & Holiday Shutdowns)

Items can not be classed as Lost Mail until 15 days has passed from Despatch date of order. Then either a refund will be issued or a replacement item sent.

We can only accept orders from United Kingdom Customers and deal in GB Sterling

Payment details for Customers paying by Cheque Please make it payable to I NEED ONE OF THESE . Please note it takes 7 working days for a cheque to Clear before goods will be sent out

We accept all major Credit & Debit cards through Sagepay Secure server

Google Checkout and Paypal Customers can pay securely at the Checkout

If you wish to return an item please contact me within 5 days of receipt of package

All items must be returned within 7 days

All items must be returned in the condition you received them

All items must be returned at the Buyers expense unless item is found to be faulty or damaged. No other postage cost will be refunded.

If an item is returned to me as 'not collected' additional postage charges will apply for re-delivery

Footwear Information - Footwear may be returned if not suitable and has not been worn and all of the original packaging must be kept. You will only receive a refund for the price of the footwear excluding any postage costs.
