Terms and Conditions

• All orders will be despatched within 14 Days of payment (excluding weekends, bank holidays and holiday shutdowns).
  
• Items cannot be classed as lost mail until 15 days has passed from despatch date of order. Then, either a refund will be issued or a replacement item sent.
  
• We can only accept orders from United Kingdom Customers; we deal in GB Sterling.
  
• Payment details for customers paying by cheque:
  Please make cheques payable to I NEED ONE OF THESE . Please note it takes 7 working days for a cheque to clear before goods will be sent out
  
• We accept all major credit and debit cards through Sagepay Secure server.
  
• Google Checkout and Paypal customers can pay securely at the checkout.
  
• If you wish to return an item, please contact us within five days of receipt of package.
  
• All items must be returned within seven days.
  
• All items must be returned in the condition you received them.
  
• All items must be returned at the buyer's expense unless item is found to be faulty or damaged. No other postage cost will be refunded.
  
• If an item is returned to us as 'not collected', additional postage charges will apply for re-delivery.

Footwear: Footwear may be returned if not suitable and has not been worn; all of the original packaging must be kept. You will only receive a refund for the price of the footwear excluding any postage costs.
